Supplies:

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Black Angel" by Danny Lee which can be purchased HERE 

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Black Angel" by Disturbed Scraps and can be purchased HERE 

  Mask used is "7-60" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE

  Template used is "Template 678" by Millie which can be found HERE

  Font used is "Grafik Text" which is a FTU font

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new workspace 700 X 500

Flood fill white

Paste Paper 14 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Open your template

Delete the © and word art layers

Either flood fill or paste papers of choice in the various shapes 

Select the bottom rectangle

Paste the full version of your tubed image as a new layer

Place to the left

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

In your layer palette lower the opasity of this image to 24

Select the top square

Paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer

Selections, Invert, Delete

Selections, Select None

Change the effect to Luminance Legacy inyour layer palette

In your layer palette lower the opasity of this image to 23

Merge your template layer

Copy and paste into your masked work space

Resize 91%

Delete the template work space you are done with it

Paste your full sized tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the right

Paste Elem.43 as a new layer

Place at the left side

Send under everything

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.51 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Image, Flip

Image, Free Rotate, Left 20

Place at the bottom right under the tubed image layer

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Move to the right

Use your eraser tool to clean up

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the top left of the top square

Paste Elem.55 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place in the center of the bow

Paste Elem.22 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.4 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 27%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.32 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.59 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.71 as a new layer

Resize 31%

Place at the bottom center

Paste Elem.81 as a new layer

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
