Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Christmas Kiss" By Andy Cooper which is part of the XMAS in July Pack which also includes PTU Scrap Kit used is called "XMas in July" By Joan both can be purchased for $5.00 or FREE with your $5.00 purchase HERE

  Mask used is Mask "9-96" by Brutal Designs and can be found HERE 

  Font used is "Jellyka Western Princess" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts, Font Palace, & DaFont)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Paper 4 as a new layer

Apply your mask of choice

Paste Elem.47 as a new layer

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.31 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place at the bottom right 

Paste Elem.15 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.7 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.38 as a new layer

Resize 41%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.1 as a new layer

Resize 68%

Place at the left

Use your eraser tool to clean up as needed

Paste Elem.16 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Elem.14 as a new layer

Resize 28%

Image, Mirror

Place at the top left of  background

Paste Elem.13 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the left behind the tubed image

Paste Elem.39 as a new layer

Resize 15%

Place at the bottom right

Paste Elem.12 as a new layer

Resize 34%

Place at the bottom right

X out the white background

Merge Everything

Adjust, Sharpen

Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired

Save as a png for a transparent background
